Hi! i’m Njongo Cokoto from South Africa. I would also have mu input on this Gospel of the cross of Christ. This gospel has been attacked by the devil because he knew he was destroyed at the cross, so he tried to make it to be useless to be preached by preachers, he managed to cause preachers to preach prosperity, other solutions of problems except the cross. its time now to stand for the gospel of the cross because in it there are all kinds of provisions that we are seeking for. the cross humbles us whenever it is preach.

I have the older Reformation Study Bible edition in the NKJV. It is well worn, too. I hadn’t heard about the Luther edition. Sounds interesting!

My pastor’s ESV study Bible seems to be permanently attached to him! I confess it took me a while to warm to another new translation, but I have. Since we use it in services, I relented and bought an ESV outreach edition. I am presently trying to decide between the ESV study Bible you have, the Reformation Study Bible ESV Edition, or the New Luther ESV study edition coming out on Reformation Day. We are blessed indeed to have God’s Word so freely available. Adding my Amen to your prayer.
